What does this app do?

DinamikCRM is a professional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that helps businesses manage their clients, leads, activities, and contacts.

With Google Contacts and Calendar integration, you can securely import, sync, and update your contacts and calendar events directly within DinamikCRM.

This eliminates manual data entry and ensures your information is always up-to-date across both platforms.

Why do we request access to your Google Contacts and Calendar?

We request access in order to:

  • Display and sync your Google Contacts within DinamikCRM

  • Link your Google Contacts with CRM records

  • Create, update, or delete contacts in your Google account directly from DinamikCRM

  • Display and sync your Google Calendar events within DinamikCRM

  • Create, update, or delete events in your Google Calendar through DinamikCRM

  • Help you organize meetings, follow-ups, and reminders efficiently

We never share your data with third parties. All data is handled securely and is only visible to you within your own CRM account.

What OAuth 2.0 scopes do we request?

We request the following scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/contacts – Full access to view, create, update, and delete your Google Contacts.

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar – Full access to view, create, update, and delete your Google Calendar events.

These scopes are necessary to provide full two-way synchronization between DinamikCRM and your Google account.

How we handle your Google user data

Data Access:
We only access Google user data when you explicitly connect your Google account to DinamikCRM and perform an action such as importing, syncing, or creating a contact/event.

Data Use:
Your Google Contacts and Calendar data is used solely to provide the integration features you have enabled.
We do not use your Google user data for advertising or for any purpose unrelated to these features.

Data Storage & Retention:

  • Contact and calendar data is stored only when you choose to import or sync it.

  • Stored data resides in secure databases within your DinamikCRM account (tenant-specific).

  • OAuth tokens are stored securely (encrypted at rest) to maintain synchronization and are deleted immediately when you disconnect the integration.

  • Non-imported Google data is never stored on our servers.

Data Sharing:
We do not sell or share your Google user data with third parties.
Data is only shared with our sub-processors (e.g., hosting providers) as required to operate the service, and only under strict data protection agreements.

User Control & Deletion:

  • You can disconnect Google integration at any time via DinamikCRM settings.

  • Disconnecting immediately revokes our access and deletes stored OAuth tokens.

  • You can request deletion of imported Google data via in-app tools or by contacting our support team.

  • All deletion requests are honored within applicable legal or contractual timeframes.

Security:
We use industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access control, and audit logging.

AI/ML Disclosure:
DinamikCRM does not use Google user data to train or fine-tune any AI or machine learning models.

Compliance:
All access and use of Google user data comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
