As Dinamik360 Yazılım A.Ş., acting as the Data Controller, we make the necessary efforts to safeguard the personal information of our customers. While providing our services in an environment where world-class network, data and physical security conditions are maintained, we regularly review and update our security policies and practices in line with changing conditions.
SSL
The SSL technology used on DinamikCRM servers ensures that data exchanged between our users and the system is encrypted and transferred securely. The encryption standards used are of a quality comparable to those commonly used by banks.
User Access
No one can access your account unless they have been invited by you as a user. Only in the event of a technical or system-related issue may authorized DinamikCRM personnel access your data for support purposes, and only after you grant permission from within your account.
User Passwords
Users are expected to create strong passwords and are responsible for keeping their passwords confidential. In the event of multiple incorrect login attempts, the user account is blocked. Sessions that remain open for extended periods are automatically terminated.
Physical Security, Network Security and Firewall
DinamikCRM is hosted on Dorabase servers in Türkiye. Founded in Istanbul in 2008, Dorabase is today among the leading companies operating in the field of cloud technologies in the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East and Africa). Dorabase focuses on web performance and cloud security categories and serves many multinational and publicly traded companies.
In addition, Web Application Firewall, VPN, DDoS protection and Bot Management services are operated on our servers for security purposes.
Data Sharing
We undertake to protect data confidentiality within the framework of our User Agreement. Together with our business partners, we provide value-added services to our users. For example, we offer online credit card collection services through iyzico. Where users activate such services, certain data may be shared with the relevant service providers during use of those services in accordance with applicable legislation.
Data Backup
Your data is backed up daily against possible technical problems, and each backup is retained for a period of 2 weeks.
With DinamikCRM, your data is not stored on your personal computer. Therefore, even if your computer is damaged, stolen or lost, your data remains protected. Where you need to share your data with someone inside or outside your company, instead of sending the data by email or USB, you can assign such persons as users and provide them with more secure access to your data.
Data Security

- Do not write your password on paper and leave it in an accessible place.

DinamikCRM carefully protects your personal data through technical and administrative measures. The security measures implemented by DinamikCRM are provided at an appropriate level to address potential risks and within the limits of available technological capabilities. In this context, some of the measures implemented by DinamikCRM include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Restricting access to personal data by DinamikCRM employees and service providers,
- Conducting penetration tests to identify risks, threats, vulnerabilities and potential weaknesses in our information systems and taking the necessary precautions,
- Using software and hardware that include antivirus protection systems and firewalls in digital environments, and conducting penetration tests,
- Ensuring that personal data kept in physical environments is stored separately from areas accessible to the public,
- In addition to administrative measures taken for personal data, regularly informing employees involved in the processing of sensitive personal data about data security matters,
- Exercising the highest level of care with documents that must be transferred in paper form,
- Applying technical and administrative measures such as using backup systems that ensure the secure storage of personal data.
