Dinamik360 Yazılım A.Ş. as the Data Controller, we make every effort to secure the personal information of our customers. To achieve this, we provide services in an environment where world-class network, data, and physical security conditions are met, and regularly evaluate and update our security policies and practices according to changing conditions.
SSL
The SSL used on DinamikCRM servers ensures the secure transfer of data between our users and the system by encrypting it. The encryption used is of the same quality standards as those used in banks.
USER ACCESS
Unless invited by you as a user, no one has access to your account. Only authorized DinamikCRM personnel can access your data for support purposes, upon your permission, in the event of a technical or system failure.
USER PASSWORDS
Users are expected to create strong passwords and are responsible for the confidentiality of the passwords they create. User accounts are blocked in the case of multiple incorrect logins. Sessions left open for a long time are automatically closed.
PHYSICAL SECURITY, NETWORK SECURITY, AND FIREWALL
DinamikCRM is hosted on Dorabase (Turkey) servers. Founded in Istanbul in 2008, Dorabase is among the leading companies operating in the field of cloud technologies in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region today. Focusing on web performance and cloud security categories, Dorabase’s clients include many multinational and publicly traded companies. Additionally, for security, our servers run Web Application Firewall, VPN, DDoS protection, and Bot management services.
DATA SHARING
We are committed to protecting data privacy within the framework of our user agreement. We offer value-added services to our users together with our business partners. For example, we provide online payment collection services with credit cards through iyzico. There is data sharing with these companies in accordance with the regulations during the use of these services by users who activate these services.
DATA BACKUP
Your data is backed up daily against possible technical problems, and each backup is kept for 2 weeks.
With DinamikCRM, your data is not stored on your computer. Thus, even if your computer breaks down, is stolen, or lost, your data remains completely secure. When you need to share your data with anyone inside or outside the company, you can provide much more secure access to your data by assigning users instead of sending it via email or USB.

DinamikCRM meticulously protects your personal data within the scope of technical and administrative measures. The security measures taken by DinamikCRM are provided at a level appropriate to counter possible risks and within technological means. Some of the measures taken by DinamikCRM include but are not limited to:
- Limiting access to personal data by employees and service providers within DinamikCRM,
- Conducting Penetration Tests to identify risks, threats, vulnerabilities, and any gaps in our company’s IT systems and taking necessary precautions,
- Using software and hardware that include virus protection systems and firewalls in digital environments, and applying penetration tests,
- Ensuring that personal data stored in physical environments are kept separately from areas accessible to everyone,
- Providing regular information on data security to employees involved in the processing of personal data, in addition to administrative measures taken for personal data,
- Exercising maximum care with documents that need to be transferred in paper format,
- Applying technical and administrative measures such as using backup programs that ensure the secure storage of personal data.
