The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to determine the terms and conditions regarding the use of information and data shared by individuals (“User(s)”) who register as members on our website located at www.dinamikcrm.com (“Site”) with Dinamik360 Yazılım A.Ş. (“DinamikCRM”).
DinamikCRM, as the “Data Controller” within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, processes the personal data shared with it in accordance with the legislation. The content added to the Site by the User is the responsibility of the User, and DinamikCRM will not use the content transmitted to it electronically via the Site, outside the purposes and scope of the Clarification Text determined by the User Agreement made with the Users, and will not share it with third parties. In this context, DinamikCRM undertakes to keep the content private and confidential, to consider it as a duty of confidentiality, and to take and show all necessary measures to ensure and maintain confidentiality, to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure to a third party.
Personal information can be used to contact the User or to improve the User’s experience on the Site (such as maintenance and support related to services, development of existing services, creation of new services, and provision of personalized services), as well as for creating a database, maintaining memberships, and performing other necessary activities to provide DinamikCRM’s services to the User. It can also be processed, stored, and transferred to third parties.
DinamikCRM may anonymize the usage and transaction information performed by the User on the Site and use it for statistical evaluations, performance evaluations, marketing campaigns of the company and its business partners, annual reports, and similar reports, and may store, process, and transfer this information to its business partners for the duration required to achieve these purposes.
The information requested from Users who respond to periodic or non-periodic surveys that may be organized via the Site and consent to the processing of their personal data may be used by DinamikCRM to conduct direct marketing to these individuals, perform statistical analysis, and create a database.
If it is mandatory for the fulfillment of the obligations under the User Agreement, or if information is requested from authorized administrative and judicial institutions for the conduct of a properly conducted investigation or inquiry in accordance with the relevant legislation, or if it is necessary to provide information to protect the rights or security of the Users, DinamikCRM may share the User’s information with third parties.
DinamikCRM may need to identify and use the IP addresses of Users when necessary to identify and resolve technical issues related to the system. IP addresses can also be used to generally identify Users and to collect comprehensive demographic information.
The DinamiKCRM mobile application may access your device’s location data in order to facilitate the management of customer visits and sales activities by field teams and sales representatives.
Location data is used for the following purposes:
- Automatically recording customer visits and meetings at your current location,
- Ensuring the accuracy of visit reports and conducting reliable field management processes,
- Reporting field activities based on location data.
The application may request access to your location data in the background for these purposes. This allows the app to automatically record your location during customer visits and perform verification processes.
Your location data is not shared with third parties and is used solely for the field management and reporting purposes stated above. Users have the right to grant or revoke location permission at any time through their device settings.
DinamiKCRM is committed to protecting the privacy of all user data and acts in compliance with applicable legal regulations.
The Company has the right to transfer data related to the above-mentioned purposes to servers located anywhere in the world (servers may belong to the Company, its affiliated companies, or subcontractors). Links to other sites and applications may be provided through the Site, and DinamikCRM is not responsible for the privacy practices and contents of these sites and applications.
DinamikCRM may change the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing them on the Site. The provisions of the revised Privacy Policy will become effective on the date they are published on the Site.
